Can't Filter on NULL Domain value in Maintenance Grid Edit #108

What steps will reproduce the problem?

 1. GoTo Maintenance Grid Edit Form
 2. Select NULL for a Domain Value that is nullable
 3. The NULL Domain Value is ignored by the Filter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

 -) Need to differentiate between a null value for a nullable Domain and the option to not filter on this particular domain value.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

 -) Perhaps a No-Filter Value for all Select Lists instead of using NULL?
