Add Domain Values to PL/SQL Package

What will the enhancement do?

 -) Add Domain Values to PL/SQL Package.  A check function and pipelined LOV function should be available to check and return, respectively, the values of the domain.

How is this currently done or handled?

 -) The check constraints are hard coded with the domain values.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

 -) Pre-Release 0.12
