What will the enhancement do?

 -) Add Special Data Warehouse Dimension Function that will
    -) Attempt to find matching record based on natural keys
    -) If found, perform updates on non-NK columns that changed
    -) If not found, insert new record
    -) Return ID of record

How is this currently done or handled?

 -) All functionality must be manually written

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

 -) Pre-Release 0.12
