What steps will reproduce the problem?

 1. Add a copyright notice to an application
 2. Click the Apply Button
 3. ORA-20505: Error in DML: p_rowid=61, p_alt_rowid=ID, p_rowid2=, p_alt_rowid2=. ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: invalid LOB locator specified: ORA-22275

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

 -) No Error Message

Related to Issue 4: Add Image Datatype. CLOBs cannot be updated as part of the 
APEX native DML processing.  Issue 4 shows the solution to this problem.
