What will the enhancement do?

 -) Add Custom Copyright Notice to PL/SQL Generated Code

How is this currently done or handled?

 -) The copyright notice must be hand coded into each PL/SQL module.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

 -) Pre-Release 0.9

Please provide any additional information below.

 -) Add copyright notice column to the APPLICATIONS table?

Had to modify generate.header_comment procedure to allow for the longer field.  
A new nested table and procedure were added to facility an 80 column 
justification and LF handling of the copyright text.
