What will the enhancement do?

  -) Allow configuration of Index Organized Tables and Table Clusters

How is this currently done or handled?

  -) IOTs and Clusters must be manually modified after source code generation

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

  -) Pre-Release 0.11

Please provide any additional information below.

  -) The TAB_INDS table would be a good candidate to cluster with the TAB_COLS table.
