Need an Application Version Number Field #57

What will the enhancement do?

  -) Add an location to the Application definition to identify the current version.

How is this currently done or handled?

  -) Must be done manually.  DTGen does this with a function in the generate package.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

  -) Release 0.12

Please provide any additional information below.

  -) Include the Application Name and Version in File Headers
  -) Include the Application Name and Version in Assemble Headers

Time and Date of Generation is already included.  Perhaps this is not needed?

Version column added to schema in Release 0.12
