What will the enhancement do?

  -) Create a Foreign Key Constraint from AUD/HIST Tables to NON Tables.

How is this currently done or handled?

  -) Missing Constraint

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

  -) Pre-Release 0.11

Please provide any additional information below.

  -) Foreign Key Constraints from AUD/HIST Tables to other AUD/HIST Tables is not needed because deleted data remains available through the ASOF view.
