dbid and db_auth have changed functions #71

What will the enhancement do?

 -) Correct the name and comments for the dbid and db_auth columns in the applications table.
 -) DBID is now used to identify the name of the database link from the mid-tier to the database server.
 -) DB_AUTH is not used to identify the name of the schema owner on the database server.

How is this currently done or handled?

 -) The comments and names for DBID and DB_AUTH are no longer valid.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

 -) Pre-Release 0.11
