POP INSERT throws no aud_prev_beg_usr data error #82

What steps will reproduce the problem?

 1. Insert a record
 2. POP the record
 3. Receive not null column constraint error on aud_prev_beg_usr.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

 -) No Error

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

 -) The cause of the problem is that POP INSERT has no aud_prev_beg_usr.  The constraint was removed.
