What will the enhancement do?

 -) Change FILE_LINES and FILES to NON Tables.

How is this currently done or handled?

 -) FILE_LINES and FILES are LOG Tables

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

 -) Pre-Release 0.11

Please provide any additional information below.

 -) With the demise of the TEST_GEN package (database generated and installed objects without using a file system), the history on the FILES and FILE_LINES tables are no longer needed.
