FILE_LINE.value is too short for p_report_columns specification #99

What steps will reproduce the problem?

 1. Generate FCRS Application
 2. Receive "numeric or value error: character string buffer too small"
 3. Can't hold p_report_columns specification for create_GUI script

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

 -) No Error

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

 -) Need to increase the length of FILE_LINES.VALUE from 1000 to 4000
