New net device are not taken into account by datalogger

Trying to send data from the device leads to this message:

ERROR: The network device does not exist in the database. Connect to the SCADA server and type HELP NET for help.

While the token is correct.

The new devices were not know by the net datalogger service. Forcing reload of the database solves the issue.
