Add composite variable to the scada server #7

Create a database of variables handled by the server. The variables could be:

raw data acquired on such devices (Arduino...);
calculated data from raw data or other calculated data.

The server should handle:

Creation, modification and deletion of variables;
Calculation of calculated variables;

The gateway should send all variables available in the database to the IoT plateform.
