It seems that the app only supports one-word user names

When I type in my name: Yan Chenghao, it shows this:

When I type in John, it works well however.

Contact name should be a single word. However, we will plan on making future updates that would take this into account! Please look forward to it. :smile:

Reason for disagreement: This issue is indeed in scope. Firstly, this limitation can bring much inconvenience to the user. The name can't always be formatted in one word, and sometimes we know more than one "paul", cos they can have different family names. Secondly, I could identify this limitation because I'm doing the testing and I tried to figure out the problem. But in my screenshot, the app didn't give me any useful feedback. Because I did follow the options in your menu: <name> <link>. The app should at least tell me the name exceeds the length limitation. For a new user, they can get confused and annoyed. Not every user will go through UG carefully before they start using.

Team chose [severity.Low] Originally [severity.Medium]

Reason for disagreement: Firstly, the utility of the app is largely reduced. It's not reasonable to limit target profile to people with single-word name. Secondly, the app didn't give clear feedback, the user experience is also reduced. I think medium level is most close.
