This fixes #46

This merely adds the required infrastructure. How exactly we do render the information (e.g. using ORCIDs etc.) can be changed later by modifying the Jinja2 template.

I removed the .gitignore on contributors.tex again. The file (empty) was already in git, so .gitignore did not apply anyway.

I also added a note in the tex template (that gets copied to the tex file) that mentions that this file is automatically generated, so people should not start editing this. I also added pointers as to what to change for what.
