Check correctness of our call to EPM

Notes:

• c: algorithm configuration
• i: instance, f(i): features of instance i
• EPM(c,f(i)) returns either solution quality or runtime when running configuration c on instance i

Plan:

We want to check the correctness of our EPM calls using the provided EPM training data (link, see the tar.gz performance data files in that link)

• collect tuples of {(c, i, EPM(c,f(i)), real-value (c,i)}, and check if the ranges of the values are correct.
• for runtime scenarios, check if EPM function returns log-transformation or the original values.
• for runtime scenarios, check if EPM function return PAR10 or the original values for timeout runs.
• start with CPLEX Regions200, then apply the checking on other scenarios.
