Potential GPL issue ? #550

Probably a false positive, but FOSSA is flagging deap as containing GPL (not LGPL) code, specifically deap/tools/indicator.py which does indeed look to be GPL.

Has this been flagged before and as it is in tools, is this actually part of the deap?

Good question deap/tools/indicator.py is a copy-paste error of the header. However, I have to dig in my communications with the provider of hypervolume to make sure ...
