Based on Planning and Research, the first draft of Sitemap and IA is as follows-

Homepage Navigation to: Login/Sign-up, Dashboard, Search Universities, Scholarship Portal, Virtual Campus Tour.

Login/Sign-up Forms for students, universities, and admins. Social media sign-in.

Student Dashboard Application tracking, document upload, application status. Notifications, scholarship suggestions.

University Dashboard University profile management, application analysis. Reports on student success rates and rankings.

Search Results (Courses/Universities) Filters based on course type, location, ranking. Recommendation engine for personalized results.

University Profile Page Tabs for admissions, scholarships, reviews, student success data.

Application Form Page Auto-fill feature for personal data, AI fraud detection system.

AI Chatbot 24/7 real-time help.

Scholarship Portal Dynamic filtering for relevant scholarships.

Update-

  1. We will also add a Student Review section, where verified students (presently studying in that university/college) give a review of that college/university.

  2. We will add a university recommendation system based on sponsorships from universities that we get in the universities/college search page.

With this, I am officially closing the sitemap and IA part and moving forward with a simple high fidelity prototype
