Sequence track dissapears #50

When clicking on the Karyotype at the top, the sequence track disappears and won't reappear until the reset focus button is clicked.

The sequence track is only displayed when you are zoomed in enough. When you clicked on the karyotype, you were taken to a region which is too zoomed out to display the sequence track, so it disappeared.
