Game fails to render, program exits in Windows Vista

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running DirectX 10/Windows Vista

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected is the start of the song fullscreen. Instead program exits.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using latest from start link.

Please provide any additional information below.
Freetar Editor works with any sng file just fine, as well as display the 
output. However Freetar Game doesnot render the game. I am able to do 
everything but get it to play.

Same thing here. I am able to launch the song selection GUI where you change the
settings and select a song. However, once I press the "Launch Game" button the
current dialog disappears and there is nothing more. If I look in the process 
list,
Freetar Game is indeed running, but it's not doing anything.

doing the same thing to me, too. I'm Running on Windows XP. and it does the 
exact
same thing it's doing to you.

I do have the same problem. Does it only work with a certain J2SE version?
