Decide about MUSCLE3 as coupling tool #1

MUSCLE3 could be useful for coupling our submodels among scales. In order to assess if this is a good choice, we have to:

[x] Try it (make it work for a Lotka-Volterra system)
[x] Talk to its creators (a meeting is planned for 17-Nov-2023)

Conclusion

After talking to Lourens, we judged MUSCLE3 to be a suitable tool for our needs.

Future steps

Add it to the technology plan.
Consider the possibility of a sprint, together with Lourens, to make MUSCLE3 Julia compatible.
And of course, keep exploring and getting used to it.

Further conclusions

We will focus on a single language (Julia), so no coupling tool is going to be required.
