The Lotka-Volterra simulation we programmed is not very elegant nor practical.
Solution
[x] Simulate a real-world problem by refactoring the predator and prey dynamics as totally independent (i.e.: for the prey dynamics the predator is a constant, and viceversa).
[x] Write the MUSCLE3 structure as a wrapper around the dynamics.
[ ] Make sure that the output is useful, i.e.:, that the whole time series is exported, and not just the final state.
