We'd like to add a link to the app from the landing page at http://environment.data.gov.uk/

What we willl need for that will be:

a short description, in keeping with the other short descriptions on that page, fewer than 20 words and ideally closer to 10
an image to use. Showing a snapshot of a sign seems like the obvious thing to do, but which bathing water should we use? I'd like to think that it doesn't matter overly much, but I know how these things can go!

@ijdickinson Title: Bathing Water site sign England Thumbnail: no preference. Though you might make Jonathan happy with Budleigh! So long as not poor. Description: Use this application to create a sign for one or more bathing waters that you control.
