Internal facing template example

I used the planning and writing text messages and emails guide from the service manual when working on some email content recently. But there aren't any patterns on there, and I think we could do with some.

Our service will send a confirmation email - would definitely be useful to have a standard pattern for that.

We can hopefully use the collection we have to create best practice guidelines and then maybe a pattern for all future use.
