We recently just managed to catch before a release that the Waste Exemptions Back Office was woefully out of date compared to the front office

This is really down to trying to maintaining a copies of the same thing in 2 places. So this issue is about consolidating the privacy policy in the engine so we only have to remember to maintain one version going forward.
