We add Swagger docs for the GET /v2/{regime}/customer-files/{days} endpoint.

We also update the docs for the DELETE /v2/{regime}/bill-runs/{billRunId}/licences/{licenceId} endpoint to state that we now set the bill run status to pending during deletion.
