In December 2021 we created SROC Charging Module API Docs a new repo to maintain our OpenAPI documentation. All recent changes have been done there plus we have copied across the archived version *.yml files.
This means the files we have here are redundant and might lead to confusion for new members of the team.
This change removes the redundant files and updates references to our OpenAPI documentation to point to the new repo.
