Though there are multiple folks within the team who have the right access in MyIT to raise RfC's not everyone is confident or aware of how to complete the form. On a previous team, we created a guide for RfC's to help with this.
This change adds similar guides for completing RfC's for our services. As the fields will be slightly different for each one (CM, TCM and Rules Service) this change will add an overall guide to RfC's followed by example one for the CM API. We'll add example ones for the TCM and Rules Service at a later date.
