Schema attribute names and order of standard formats

Correct the name and order of the region attributes in schemas of standard formats, both in the current repository and, mostly, in the GMQL-importer software.

For narrowpeak format , they should be (in this order): chrom, start, end, name, score, strand, signal, pValue, qValue, peak For broadpeak format , they should be (in this order): chrom, start, end, name, score, strand, signal, pValue, qValue For GTF format , they should be (in this order): chrom, source, feature, start, end, score, strand, frame, + other specific attributes

In narrowpeak format:

• peak should be LONG, not DOUBLE (it is a coordinate) In narrowpeak, broadpeak and GTF format:
• score should be INT, not DOUBLE Please correct in Nacho's software (don't worry in correcting datasets currently in repository).
