Download of public datasets #56

@acanakoglu Enable download also of public datasets by redirecting/linking it to http://www.bioinformatics.deib.polimi.it/GMQLsystem/datasets/ which it is an alias for the dataset page created by Andrea.

Good. I would make the link open in a new tab; what do you think?

@acanakoglu @andreagulino On Cineca it is not working (it gives error 404); please verify and fix

@acanakoglu @andreagulino Sorry, probably it is not yet updated on Cineca; I'll retest it when updated
