N-heptane is a good choice for demonstration.

Looks like that it is not the right expectation to infer temperature from pressure in RCM. Whatever the temperature is, you will be able to get the ignition correct. Unless we could have a lot of ignition delay time data. Then, we have something like L-W integration.
