Take cutout image data from multi-extension FITS files #14
We need an example cutouts file from @kuropat, so that we can start making BlueRings work on the tile files he is making. Would you mind putting one on an http or ftp server somewhere, please Nikolay? We'll also want to import the IO methods from https://github.com/kuropat/CoaddCutouts, right? Thanks!
