Here's their seminal paper: http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/1998ApJ...503..325A It only has 767 citations so they'll be glad of ours. Let's read this and see if what it would take to implement a simple version. We may also be able to import an existing package that does this work (hotpants?)

Currently we don't do any psf matching. Maybe we don't need to do this!
