Fits output vf #101

Added file post-processing to VoidFinder to combine all output files in one fits file. Additional voidfinding information such as mask footprint coverage, galaxy number density, and choice of cosmology are included in the fits header.

This addresses half of issue #76, implementing the requested changes to VoidFinder. V2 will still need these changes implemented
