Flexibility 4 Install Failure #23

New install of Modx Revolution 2.2.10-pl Traditional.

Flexebility4-1.1.1-pl downloaded from modx site and from flexibilitymodx site (as flexibility4Issues-master).

Flexibility fails to install with either download. It does begin to install as there are a few folders created and files extracted to folders. However it chokes before finishing as you can see from console output:

Installed : modx-2.2.10-pl Tried installing ...../modx/core/packages/flexibility4-1.1.1-pl Opaque screen just sitting there. What is wrong with it?

I have simmilar issue w/ Flexi 4 on ModX 2.2.10-pl, all is fine untill
