can not run simulink model with error "failed to load op_dpl_lib library" #1

When I try to run simulink model "IEEE39BUS.mdl" in model.zip, there are some error about "failed to load op_dpl_lib library" and "failed to load rtlab". My environment is Window10 and CPU is AMD Rayzen 4800H. Do these errors means I have to intall rtlab, or I have to run these model on RTLAB simulators?

There is the error due to library containment ,,,
