Add crop ratio #124

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Not implemented.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Would like to be able to cycle between crop ratios instead of aspect ratios. Or 
both functions.

What version of VLC Remote are you using?
0.4.3 as 0.5.3 removed aspect ratio function.

What version of VLC are you using?
1.1.11 on Windows 7 x64

What version of Android are you using?
2.3.7

Which Android device are you using?
LG Optimus 2x

Please provide any additional information below.
With VLC 11.1.1 the 3 buttons removed from the Remote in version 0.5.3 are 
working without any tweak. Would be great having them back and the crop ratio 
feature.

Just find out that typing the following link in the browser will cycle through 
the crop ratios in VLC!
http://<myip>:8080/requests/status.xml?command=key&val=crop

Adding a button for this would be simple.
