Naruto GNT 3 messed up streaming audio #69

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Check if it crashes when you go to the menu
2.If it doesn't you will get garbled music
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Streaming audio that sounds good but i see garbled audio

What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U?
2.145 on Wii

Please provide any additional information below.
Same thing happens on Dolphin. Last working revision was 1.144 because that was 
the last revision without streaming audio.
