Wii U Pro too sensitive

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.playing game with wii u pro controller
2.Moving joystick
3.Stop moving joystick

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Character should move then stop. Instead the character stops then starts 
turning around to the left/down. This also effects menus.

What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U?
version 2.155, wii u

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm connecting through bluetooth if that helps
