@zradai @laczkol As @albertbokor-unideb found out, there's an official Docker image here: https://hub.docker.com/r/multiqc/multiqc Oddly there are no instructions on how to use the Docker image on the Docker Hub, only on how to install MultiQC, but anyway. There are input and output files here: https://multiqc.info/example-reports/ Is it okay if we test the Docker image on these?

In my opinion, it would be sufficient to perform the tests only with "Whole-Genome Seq". This is what we will use the tool for most often, and if it works with these fastq files, it should also work with other files in the same format.
