Unicode characters rendered incorrectly #12

gives screen shot 2013-08-30 at 4 24 26 pm, which can't be parsed by df-tileset.

Working on this - characters are now displayed, but tags don't work unless they're after an ASCII character (probably a PHP encoding issue).
