Redirects to fake redirects don't automatically redirect #1

Example: DF2012:Foo has content Bar redirects to Foo Bar appears as a normal redirect when viewed (a blue link to Foo), but does not redirect to any page successfully (either Foo or DF2012:Foo), regardless of what $wgMaxRedirects is set to. This is most likely because Bar exists, so it doesn't get handled by any of the hooks that make redirect chains work (Mediawiki is probably treating Bar as a redirect to a nonexistent page, even though it appears normal to users). Since Foo redirects successfully, manually following the link on Bar only takes one click. This isn't a normal use of redirects on the DF wiki (nearly all mainspace redirects go to a cv page), but it would be nice to fix this in case there are some.

Because only mainspace redirects are actually handled by the hooks, I restricted this fix to mainspace as well.
