It's done when the users knows or can

• what types of audits are available to them - reference tools pages/link so can be proactive in testing
• how much internal and external audits cost and when to budget for this
• why they may need to get an accessibility audit (AA standards for WCAG)
• understand the requirements for an internal audit (same as external)
• understand the requirements for an external audit (same as internal)
• the requirements for an external audit with usability testing with users with disabilities (think about this one)
• understand when to plan for an audit - what phase to start planning in (alpha), in beta scope audit (what to have tested)
• how to request an internal audit
• how to request an external audit
• Can accurately scope the requirements of an audit
• When an audit comes back the team have to make their product/website AA compliant
• when and how a product or website is retested (approach Jane's team for retest)
