I need to hear from people with lived experience when it comes to accessibility so I can better understand the needs of users

As a user researcher I need to hear from people with lived experience when it comes to accessibility so I can better understand the needs of users

Done when the user knows or can

hear from people with lived experience who work across gov
hear from our D&I networks on their lived experiences
access materials and videos from people with disabilities and lived experience which gives them an understanding of user needs
understand the needs of different user groups
request someone with lived experience to talk at their team meeting or community time
