that the manual will be an iterative service which will be consistently updated with new content
has a list of standards scripts and guidance for testing at all stages (guidance - video)
knows how to capture issues and what to do with those issues (people will use it to test their service and find issues)
access a centralised guidance space for accessibility in DfE
access guidance by profession to support delivery the context of DfE
access the guidance from relevant spaces (intranet, design manual)
