Update forward proxy version and remove headers reveal server information #59

Ubuntu installs NGinx 1.18.0 which has some vulnerablilities. Update to the latest NGinx which doesn't have those vulnerabilities.

NGinx by default also includes many headers and other information in default error output. Configure the server so that the information isn't so readily available.
