Consider any data model implications of mentor training vs access to ECT materials ('unfunded mentors')

Why?

Mentors can be assigned to mentor one or more ECTs. As part of mentoring, the mentor gets given access to the ECTs training materials (see API guidance for 'unfunded mentors')

Once a mentor has been assigned to mentor an ECT for the first time, they become eligible for mentor training (note some exceptions) delivered by a provider. 


There are different scenarios where a mentor needs access to ECT training materials with a provider vs when they need mentor training with a same or different provider.

We need to consider how the data model can accommodate these scenarios.
