Create pages for when an ECT being registered by a school has already been claimed by an AB

Why?

An appropriate body might have claimed an ECT. Asking the school for the ECT's appropriate body in this case might not make much sense, as we already know!

We generally trust the appropriate body more, unless it's been a long time since they were claimed. So we should let schools over-write this if needed.

A draft wireframe we used as part of deciding on the options:

What?

• Draft a design where we show the appropriate body that has claimed the ECT
• Think of how to incorporate a date, whether it be induction period start date, overall induction start date or when the AB recorded the claim
• Once this is designed, we should think about how to test this or if we need to. We could get a list of schools where this might happen?
• Think about if we need a design history?
