We've looked through the insights for transfers into a school, and we want to explore how to solve the problems highlighted. There's also an existing ECF1 journey below, but we think it might be a bit outdated:
DFE wants to encourage schools to train the ECT or mentor in whatever way is most helpful to them. Often this might be sticking with the same LP, DP and AB, so it might be wort highlighting and playing back this information to them in ECF1.
Using the school_start_date might be helpful too, as it will give schools context of when they started as an ECT. It might also be useful to explain the partnership combinations that are available to them - the combos available for the ECT will be the ones that were around when they first started as an ECT, so if they started in 2023, the partnerships available in that year. E.g. This ECT started training in September 2023, so they can continue to work their existing LP/DP/AB/programme type, or you can change these to other options available from that time.
